The fee collection is done in advance every month by the executive appointed to do so and no tutors are allowed to collect the fee only in the first month. You can also pay the fees through any medium that is most suited to you - NEFT, hard cash or via website payment gateway. Please note down: If you agree to pay the advance tuition fee via our payment gateway, you are supposed to pay an extra 2.5% on the total fee.
We have listed below majorly all the banks, if you have a bank account with any of those listed below, you can pay the advance tuition fee through the internet banking option or NEFT. To do so, you only need to select your back and you will redirected to the website of that bank automatically. Our payment gateway is completely secure and safe for the money transactions.

Pay at Our's Office
Due to our close relations with our clients with us, our customers can directly pay at our office; offer the most convenient method of payment to our clients. Thus, you can even pay directly at our office.
Online Card Payments
We accept all the leading payments methods Rupay,Visa and Master Card. All the online payments done are valid through an authentic online payment gateway. The verification may take around 25-30 seconds, depending on your internet speed. After the authentication, you will be sent the authorization code with the acknowledgement that the transaction has been successfully completed.When you are paying the fees through our website, be rest assured about the legitimate payment as your bank will authorise all the details before passing your information to us. Thus, there is no scope of any false bank transactions on our website.

Leave Policy for Tutors
If any of our tutor takes an off at the time of his class, then it is solely the responsibility of the tutor to complete the course. For this, he might give extra days or devote additional time in normal classes. We leave this between clients and the tutors to mutually decide how to cover the leave taken by the tutor.

Leave Policy for Client's
If for some reason, you are not able to attend a class or planning to go for a long holiday, then we can adjust your classes only if we are informed beforehand. Please note that the leave taken by clients are not compensated by our tutors as the leave is from client side. But, if clients are allowed to take leave for a maximum period of 7 days but with the prior knowledge of our tutors. During this period, the leave is 100% adjustable as this shall fall under the category of informed leave and our tutors will compensate only if they are informed well in advance.
On national holidays (Republic Day, Holi, Eid-Ul-Fitr, Rakhi, Gandhi Jayanti, Independence Day, Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), these will be not at all adjustable or will not compensate by the tutors.
All disputes & complaints will be take care by our head office branch judicial court
Check Our's Refund Policy
If client wants to discontinue the service, you need to give us a prior notice of minimum 7 working days. We would suggest you some other workable options with you during this period. If you discontinue without any prior notice, then we will not be able to refund the fees and you would be required to pay even for the next month. This is because our tutor is committed to you and your service and will not be discontinued before a period of 2 months.

Our' Rules and Regulation
We have a lead generation form on the home page of our website. In case of any query, kindly fill up your details there. All the information that you provide us is safely secured in our database. We don't give out the information to any third party. You need to give us the details of your name, phone number, address and email id.
On our website, there is no option to directly hire tutors or to request for a DEMO class. For doing all this, you need to fill up the integrated form available on the home page of our website with all your contact details. We shall contact you and finalise the DEMO/Trial class with the Male/Female tutors. Your information shared is safe with us and only our employees can call you on the number shared. The information is 128 bit encrypted and firewall is in place to prevent any fraud and leak of information.
We are an aggregator of tutors and are in no way responsible for the contract between the tutor and the parent. The risks involved are to be borne by you and we are not to be blamed for any unforeseen condition.
All the tutors associated with us go through a complete verification check by our verification team. After a tutor passes this test only then he/she is appointed to work with us.
We would appreciate if clients share the feedback of our tutors with us. All negative and positive feedback is important to excel in our work.
Before being ready to hire the services of a particular tutor ensure you have done your research well and also that you are comfortable with him.
